During the program, information was shared regarding the operation of production lines, the machinery used, production organization, and the roles of employees. Students also had the chance to observe the company’s production capacity and operational structure in practice.

As part of the visit, briefings were provided on human resources management, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, and import-export activities, and the company’s managerial structure was discussed.
